RULES… We don’t have many, but…

Dogs and Adults are welcome at Old 75,  if and only if they are accompanied by a well behaved child occasionally. All friendly, well behaved and sociable dogs and kids are allowed in all areas except at the bar. Persons under 21 are not allowed after 8 PM. 

All dogs must be flea/tick free, vaccinated within the last 12 months, friendly, sociable, and not overly aggressive (same with their owners). All dogs must be on leash at all times. Any dog deemed by management to be overly aggressive or considered a nuisance will be required to leave the premises. 

All dog owners are responsible for the safety and behavior of their dog and knowingly and voluntarily assume any risk of harm to your dog or others. Please pick up after your dog (and kids) if necessary. 

Old 75 Beer Garden is a smoke free facility, and lastly, be nice….  Nobody likes an asshole.
